I was forwarded an email today from one of our store members and this absolutely smells like one of those western union scams. I absolutely urge everyone not to deal with anyone that wishes you to close your auctions and offers you more than the asking price.

Below is the copy of the email (parties names were removed) and the user that sent it has been suspended.

Message: Dear Seller, Am XXXXXX fron United State of America, I am highly interested in purchasing this item for my son in Africa, i will like to known if you will end the bid for me now so i can Buy it now and proceed in making the payment, i want you to known that this item is needed very urgent In Africa i will offer you $500 USD, inculding the shipping cost to africa, payment method is Western Union Money Order, or Bank Transaction, kindly send me your information to recieve this money VIA :Western Union Money Order Name: Address: City: State: Zip code: Country: Or send me your bank information to Transfer the money. Thank hoping to hear from you now. Best Regards XXXXX
